Do you have a Technology Coach?
When most people hear the word “coach” they think of sports. On a sports team, the coach directs and teaches the players but the coach also shares in the success of the team.
That is why we prefer to be your Technology Coach rather than your Technology Consultant. To us, a consultant is someone whom you pay to receive advice from. It is up to you to use that advice and the consultant may have little or no vested interest in the outcome.
As your Technology Coach, we care about the outcome. We partner with our clients in their success and provide technology solutions that meet the needs of their business. We educate our clients so they can be successful.
We provide unbiased solutions to your technology problems. We do not sell hardware or software products so that you can be certain that our recommendations are for your benefit, not ours. If you had an internal employee as your IT Administrator, would they be selling you the products that the company needs? (the answer should be no). Does your current IT consultant sell you computers and software? If they do, I am certain that they have a mark up on it and therefore profit from selling you the very solutions they recommend – how is that in your own best interest?
These are just some of the things that makes Acroment different.
