Each month, our clients receive a set of reports by priority mail to store in a Plan A binder. Our reports provide insight into the health and status of your network, servers, and desktop devices. Reporting provides transparency into your network, details of the services we have provided, and keeps you informed of vital network statistics. Our reports provide a layer of disaster recovery for your business by detailing all of the changes we have made to your systems while servicing your account.

Every 6 months (or as often as you would like) we will meet with you to review key infrastructure reports, we will also use the opportunity to identify meaningful trends, priorities, concerns, and discuss ways to further ensure we are providing optimum value.
